Minimum orders of 12 markers each type, unless otherwise noted. Absolute minimum orders we can accept are 72 marking pens or $75.
F.O.B. Englewood, New Jersey. Prepaid orders of $750.00 or more within the continental U.S.A. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
Payment terms are net 30 days with approved credit, F.O.B. Englewood, NJ - We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Shipping charges are prepaid by us and billed to you.

All shortage claims, non-delivery of shipments and damages must be made to delivery carrier as well as the co-signer immediately upon receipt of shipment.
Contact our customer service department before returning any merchandise. All return requests require written authorization from the factory. Goods purchased within 6 months of the request will be considered for return. All requests must include party numbers & date of purchase. Authorized returns are subject to a repacking & handling charge of 20% of the net value of the goods plus transaction.
We can accommodate orders for markers that are of different sizes than what are listed in our literature and website.
