Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be made with the carrier. Arro-Mark will help supply any necessary paperwork to support your claim.
All claims must be reported to Arro-Mark (orders@arromark.com) within 5 days from receipt of goods.
Contact customer service at orders@arromark.com for an RMA number before returning any merchandise. Stock items will be considered for return within 90 days of purchase if in original packaging. Custom orders are not returnable. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for shipping of the return.

Selling Arro-Mark products on third-party marketplace websites such as but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Target, Walmart Marketplace, Temu etc. is strictly prohibited. Any listed and/or advertised prices online or in print must be at or above the item’s MAP pricing listed on the price list.
